    Rashmi Yogesh Pai joined as Associate Professor at Department of Commerce, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal during the year 2017. Dr. Rashmi has Postgraduate degree in Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal and eventually earned her Ph.D. from University of Mysore, Mysuru. Her dissertation primarily addressed assessing the impact of employer branding on employees of the private University

    She has an extensive teaching experience of more than eighteen years which includes teaching at both the graduate (6 years) and post-graduate (12 years) levels. Apart from the teaching experience, she has been shouldering administrative responsibilities such as Coordinating the BBA Program for the department. Also, she is a coordinator of HR Forum of the department. Dr. Rashmi Published papers in Scopus indexed journals and ABDC journals. Her primary research expertise is in employer branding and published few scholarly articles in the same area. Her secondary research areas are artificial intelligence, training & development, and organizational behaviour.
