Eligibility
- Candidates should have a minimum of 40% marks in the All India National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) conducted by Council of Architecture (COA) and must have passed any one of the following courses with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate:
- 10+2 with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects
OR
- 3-year diploma after 10 years of schooling (any stream) recognised by Central/State government with Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects
- Admission on the basis of marks secured in the qualifying examination and NATA Score
- No minimum age required.

The student may take a basic loan of up to Rs 15 lakh. This can be increased to Rs 20 lakh without security and up to Rs 30 lakh with security. The interest rate is reduced from 11.45% to 10.20% per annum.
