A session on “Meditation: A tool to balance your life” by Jim Rose was held at DOC on 17th October 2017. Students and faculties were a part of this inspiring session. Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of Johnson & Johnson a multi-national corporation. He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. He was recognized by Human Resources Executive magazine as one of the top HR executives in the US as a member of Science of Spirituality, Jim brings his skills to the organization, leading workshops focused on meditation and spirituality and their practical application to daily life. He has spoken all over the world: from throughout the United States and Europe to Dubai and India. Jim currently provides workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 30 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same
