Assessment of Tumor Infiltrating Lymphocytes, Tumor Associated Macrophages and Natural Killer cells as prognostic biomarkers in Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma

An observational prospective single centre study with an aim to evaluate the prognostic value of tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs), tumour associated macrophages (TAMs) and natural killer (NK) cells in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). The trial is registered under CTRI. It has completed its targeted accrual of 111 participants. Data analysis of phase-1 is underway. 2-year follow-up data accrual is due to be completed in October 2023.
