9.01 - 9.16 All Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Programs

Duration: 150 minutes, 200 MCQ type questions, NO Negative marking

 

The MET 2019 test syllabus covers Physics (50 questions), Chemistry (50 questions), Mathematics (70 questions) & General English (30 questions) based on the 10+2 syllabus followed by major 10+2 Boards. Click here for detailed 2019 MET test syllabus.

 

Note: The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) for BTech is a common entrance test for admission to Manipal Institute of Technology (MAHE Manipal), Manipal University Jaipur (MU Jaipur) and Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology (SMIT Sikkim)

Duration: 60 minutes, 90 MCQ type questions, NO negative marking

 

The approximate distribution of MET 2019 test questions is as follows: Diploma level Physics (10 questions), Chemistry (10 questions), Mathematics (50 questions) & Communication Skills in English (20 questions). 

 

BSc graduates with Mathematics, will have a separate paper consisting of Mathematics (70 question) & Communication Skills in English (20 questions)

9.17 Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Duration: 100 minutes, 90 MCQ type questions, NO negative marking

 

The MET 2018 test covers Mental Ability (25 questions), Basic Mathematics (10 questions), General English (25 questions) and Computer Aptitude (40 questions).

Duration: 90 minutes, 60 MCQ type questions
