International Baccalaureate (IB) candidate seeking admission to the Undergraduate (UG) courses offered at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) should have

International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma

1.       IB Diploma candidate should take 3 subjects at Higher Level (HL) and 3 subjects at Standard Level (SL)

2.       Candidate should have secured a minimum of 3 points in a subject

3.       Candidate should have secured an overall minimum of 24 points, with 12 points in HL and 12 points in SL

4.       Should meet the subject-wise eligibility as laid down by the respective statutory bodies / council / university

International Baccalaureate (IB) Certificate

1.       Candidate should have taken minimum 3 subjects in HL and 3 subjects in SL

2.       Candidate should have secured a minimum of 3 points in a subject

3.       Candidate should have secured an overall minimum of 24 points

4.       Should meet the subject-wise eligibility as laid down by the respective statutory bodies / council / university

Note

• Candidate who has secured less than 24 points in IB course and awarded IB certificate are NOT eligible for admission
  
• Candidate who has secured 2 and below points in any subject will NOT be considered

• Candidates applying for MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing and BArch courses MUST obtain the ‘Equivalence Certificate’ from Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi
• Candidates applying for B Tech, in addition to the IB scores can submit SAT II subject scores

The IB Diploma Grades can be converted to Indian Equivalent Marks as follows
