To draw a caricature/editorial scene based on a situation given to the participants.

• Topics will be given on the spot.
• Participants are NOT allowed to carry mobile phones, digital notebooks or other electronic gadgets into the hall 
• Only free hand drawing is allowed.
• Paper of A3 size will be provided.
• Participants must bring their own black ink pen (of any kind). 
• Participants are NOT allowed to explain their theme to the judges.
• NO supports are allowed.
