Manipal Global Academy of Banking Financial Services and Insurance (MGABSI) is a provider of high-quality corporate education and training through technology-driven platform aimed at enhancing the skillsets of the individual. Manipal Academy of Banking (MAB) will train selected Executive Sales Trainees of HDFC Life in order to ensure that they are 'industry ready’ by the time of completion of the programme. Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance (PGDI) programme will run at the campuses of Manipal Academy of Banking.  MAB will provide a fully residential programme to train selected Trainees of HDFC Life. The thrust of training will be on imparting functional knowledge of general management and specialized knowledge of Insurance related subjects. Programme participants i.e. the Trainees will be put through a very rigorous training with emphasis on application of knowledge and overall development of personality. The training at the campuses of MGABFSI will be supplemented by practical training at the HDFC Life offices/ branches.
