Manipal Academy will train selected Trainee officers of TATA AIA Life Insurance in order to ensure that they are 'industry ready’ by the time of completion of the programme.

This is a unique and innovative training model with a blend of knowledge and traits, that caters to Insurance Industry requirement in total while at the same time it helps the participants in getting Post Graduate Diploma in Life Insurance. This programme will run at the campuses of Manipal Academy.  Manipal will provide a fully residential programme to train selected Trainees of TATA AIA Life Insurance. The thrust of training will be on imparting functional knowledge of general management and specialized knowledge of Insurance related subjects. Programme participants i.e. the Trainees will be put through a very rigorous training with emphasis on application of knowledge and overall development of personality. The training at the campuses of MAB will be supplemented by practical training at the TATA AIA Life Insurance offices/ branches.
