Dr. Kshamta Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resources at the Manipal Centre for Business Practice (MCBP), Bengaluru. She did her Fellow Program in Management from XLRI – Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur. She is UGC-NET JRF qualified. Her expertise lies in the area of workplace mindfulness and wellbeing (people, group, and organization levels), leadership and self-compassion. She has presented her research at various national and international conferences focused on positive psychology including the World Congress on Positive Psychology Canada, European Conference on Positive Psychology, Europe and National Academy of Psychology, India.
