Assistant Professor

Dr. Savitha Heggede is a faculty member in the Accounting, Economics, and Finance area at the T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI). Her doctoral research, titled “Audit Committee Characteristics, Earnings Management, and Related Party Transactions,” examines the influence of audit committee attributes on earnings management and related party transactions. With nearly a decade of well-rounded experience spanning both industry and academia, she brings a unique blend of practical and theoretical expertise to her field.
