Subhasree Kar is a distinguished scholar and a popular teacher with two decades of academic experience. She finished her PhD Utkal University, Bhubaneswar in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour. She is skilled in Teaching and Research, Educational Technology, and Curriculum development with administrative ability and leadership competencies. An active researcher; having presented research papers at several conferences and seminars nationwide. Her research papers have appeared in peer-reviewed indexed national and international journals. Her research interests include Positive Psychology, Workplace Spirituality, Sustainable HRM Practices and Future Workplace Dynamics.
