Vartika Dadhich is a PhD in Human Resource Management from Shobhit Institute of Engineering & Technology, Meerut (Deemed-to-be University NAAC “A” Accredited). Her doctoral thesis is “A Study on Role of AI in Transforming HRM with Reference to IT Industry in Bengaluru”. She completed her MBA in Marketing and HR from ICFAI University, Dehradun, and BA from Kota University, Rajasthan. She has six years of corporate work experience with Indian and International companies in the HR and administrative domains. She has done 6 months Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has represented the state of Rajasthan in the international guide camp in London, United Kingdom.
Qualification: Ph.D.
