My time at Manipal Academy of Higher Education was truly life-changing. The supportive mentors, creative environment, and hands-on learning helped me grow both as a designer and as a person. It’s where I learned to dream big and refine my craft, lessons I carry with me every day at Gucci. I’ll always be grateful to Manipal for being the place that shaped my journey and sparked my passion for fashion.  Currently working at Gucci, United Kingdom as brand specialist.

My time at MSAP was one of the most formative years of my life. MSAP's supportive faculty guided me in shaping my goals while fostering my passion for creativity and problem-solving. My participation in extracurriculars helped build a versatile skill set and lifelong friendships that continue to inspire me. A third-year International exchange with RMIT broadened my perspective, and earning a scholarship motivated me to excel. Today, as a Brand Engagement Specialist for a not-for-profit organisation, I draw on these experiences to craft meaningful, content and community-driven strategies, all of which began with my journey at MSAP.

My transformative journey at Manipal's Department of Design was a kaleidoscope of growth, exploration, and self-discovery. The vibrant campus life, diverse student body, and excellent academic curriculum broadened my perspective. Opportunities to engage with student-run fashion clubs, paved the way for my successful modeling career. I was signed by international agencies, represented India, and won the Miss Cosmo World pageant title. By my final year, l had gained financial independence as a part-time model and co-founded sustainable clothing brand 'Synk,' alongside my classmates. The faculties at MSAP were instrumental in shaping me into a confident designer and individual. Their guidance extended beyond the classroom, empowering me to forge my career as an entrepreneur. Today, I'm the Creative Director of Weavers Stores, a khadi fashion and lifestyle brand I co-founded with my college best friend.  The college's emphasis on ubiquitous growth has stayed with me, inspiring me to continue exploring, learning, and pushing boundaries. To current and prospective students, I say that Manipal is a land of opportunity where you'll find the freedom to discover, create, and become the best version of yourself. Embrace it, and you'll be unstoppable.

Joining MSAP as an underconfident girl with limited exposure to even basic tools like PowerPoint, I never imagined the transformation I would undergo. Over four years, MSAP became the foundation of my personal and professional growth. It taught me confidence, problem-solving, teamwork, time management, and all the skills essential for a successful fashion designer. The faculty’s unwavering support and mentorship played a pivotal role in shaping who I am today. My time at MSAP is something I’ll always hold close to my heart for the lessons, experiences, and growth it gave me.
