Prashant has pursued his PhD. in Political Science from Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore, Karnataka. His topic of Ph.D. research was “Agrarian Change, Migration and Caste Politics in Bihar”. He has completed his master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai in 2013. He later pursued another Master’s degree from IGNOU in political science. He completed his M.Phil. from Institute of Development Studies Kolkata (University of Calcutta) 2015.
