The inauguration of the IEEE Photonics Student Chapter was held at Manipal Institute of Technology, Bengaluru. The event was organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in association with the IEEE Student Branch, MITB. Dr. Srinivas Talabattula, Chair, IEEE Bangalore Section and Professor, ECE at IISc Bengaluru, was the chief guest.
