Fagun Sahni

Assistant Professor of Law

Fagun Sahni completed his B.A.LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Noida, whereafter he went on to pursue LL.M. from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. His concentration during master’s was International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law, and as part of his post-graduate dissertation, he worked on ‘technological and asymmetric predicaments arising out of autonomous weapon systems in International Humanitarian Law.’ Fagun Sahni was placed in the top two percent of his cohort at NLSIU upon the degree’s completion in 2024 and has also qualified the UGC-NET examination. He has interned under a High Court judge, prominent advocates, and leading law firms of the country, but he reveres his tenure teaching underprivileged kids under the aegis of a local NGO more. Being an avid mooter as a law student, Fagun Sahni has been designated as the Faculty Convenor of Manipal Law School’s Moot Court Society and is responsible for mentoring students participating in National and International Moot Court competitions, alongside associated administrative duties.
