We are thrilled to announce that Dr Anushree K N, Ph.D, Assistant Professor at DLHS, has been awarded the Shri T. R. Satish Chandran Memorial Prize in Economics for her outstanding PhD thesis titled "Health Inequalities in Karnataka: Linkages Among Health Outcomes, Access, and Financial Risk Protection." 
 
Her work was recognized as the Outstanding Thesis among 23 submissions in Economics at the Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bengaluru, during 2019–2024.
