Welcome to the First Edition of Dr. TMA Pai International Technology Arbitration Moot Court Competition, 2024!

About the Competition:

Manipal Law School (MLS), Bengaluru, invites you to the inaugural Dr TMA Pai International Technology Arbitration Moot Court Competition. This groundbreaking event delves into the dynamic intersection of International Arbitration and Technology Law, offering participants a unique platform to explore the multifaceted dimensions of these fields in the 21st century.

Registration Information:

- Eligibility: Students enrolled in full-time, 5-year, or 3-year undergraduate law courses, either from India or foreign universities, are eligible to participate. Post-graduate diploma or short-term certificate course students are not eligible.

- Team Size: Each participating team must consist of three members: two Speakers and one Researcher.

- Registration Fee: Manipal Law School is waiving the entire registration fee. Additionally, a 50% travel cost waiver is available upon request. The institution will provide accommodation, transportation, and meals.

- Prizes: Exciting cash prizes worth a total of INR 3,00,000/- are up for grabs.
