Anuja Paul is an accomplished legal professional with a strong academic background and diverse practical experience in corporate and commercial law. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Laws from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences and a BA.LL.B. from West Bengal State University and qualified the UGC-NET Examination. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Manipal University, Bangalore, she specialises in Contracts and International Commercial Contracts, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, Securities and Financial Markets and regulatory authorities. Anuja has previously held teaching positions at prestigious institutions like Presidency University, Amity Law School, and CMR University, contributing significantly to both academic and administrative functions. Her industry experience includes working as a Legal Associate at Quess Corporation Ltd., where she gained expertise in reviewing commercial agreements, including NDAs, Master-Service Agreements, SaaS agreements, and GDPR compliance. Anuja has also authored several publications in reputable journals, showcasing her research proficiency and dedication to the legal field.
