Customer Awareness with regard to SyndNivas- Housing Loan Scheme of syndicate Bank

The Project done at Syndicate Bank, Regional Office had finding out the customer awareness towards SyndNivas, the housing finance scheme of Syndicate Bank as its main objective. The study also had secondary objective of finding out the factors that influenced the customers while availing loan, to understand the customers, to trace out major competitors of bank and to know the growth rate in the housing finance scheme over the past four years. A survey was conducted to collect the primary information. A sample size of 49 was taken where the information was collected by giving the questionnaire. The respondents selected were those who had taken housing loans from different branches of Syndicate Bank those come under the Regional Office
