    Debbijoy Bhattacharya is Associate Professor of Astronomy and Astrophysics in the Manipal Centre for Natural Sciences (MCNS).

    He:

    • Conducts independent research in astrophysics.
    • Publishes research results in high quality peer reviewed National and International science journals.
    • Guides, teaches and trains PhD students.
    • Represent MCNS, Manipal University at various national and international science conferences, symposiums and meetings.
    • Conducts collaborative research with other leading national and international research institutes and universities.
    • Participates in science outreach program.
