CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Laveena works as Lecturer in the Department of Fundamentals of Nursing. Functions efficiently and facilitates the overall professional and personal development of the students

    She:

    • helps in the organization of the departmental curricular, and extracurricular activities periodically
    • collaborates and coordinates with other departments where students’ learning is planned
    • plans and conducts faculty developmental programs for departmental staff and participates in departmental research to keep abreast of professional knowledge in the fields of Nursing
    • evaluates the performances of the faculty and students periodically
    • ensures own professional and personal development and uses available resources effectively and explores the availability of necessary resources and maximizes the use of the resources.
    • is a research co-guide for undergraduate and postgraduate research studies.
    • is Nursing Foundation Lab. Incharge. 
    • sends monthly department reports based on AQAR format to the office.
