Dr Kavita Rai Sinha is an accomplished academic and mental health advocate and an Industrial psychologist with over 12 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, accompanied by 7 years of industry experience, including her service as a commissioned officer in the Indian Air Force. This unique background enriches her interdisciplinary approach, blending military insights with psychological principles. She served as Education Director -Africa e-Learning, Mauritius and has developed training modules and assessment tools. She has served as an adjunct faculty member at prestigious institutions, including Middlesex University Mauritius, while also training at Ceridian – Dayforce in Mauritius to contribute to the field of applied psychology.
