Department of Liberal Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (DLHS) organised orientation program for the new batch of BA (Honours) students on 22 Aug 2022 followed by four days immersion program. During the orientation program, all the faculty members deliberated words of advice/suggestions to the newly admitted students of B.A. on the following points:

• The rules and regulation of the University and the Department.
• The importance of Education in life
• The importance of studying B A honors
• What should be the aim of undergraduate students?
• Responsibility towards the society as an educated person
