Kartikey Goswami’s work explores film and media through the lens of fashion, environment, health, sustainability and society. His recent work titled “An Exploratory Study on Sustainable Fashion Approaches in Indian Movie Industry” was published in Sustainable Approaches in Textiles and Fashion, Springer Nature (2022). He contributed to the book “A panoramic view of women in Indian Cinema” with a chapter titled “Film Business: Challenges and Concerns - A Case Study on Female Producers and Directors Belonging to Kannada Film Industry.” Additionally, he has presented papers at International Communication Association (ICA), AMIC and other international conferences. Mr. Goswami was invited to be Member of Jury at Bengaluru International Film Festival (BIFFES) 2022, Bengaluru. He is associated with Paridrishya International Festival of Short Films and Documentaries and has been Member of Jury for its Bengaluru, 2023 edition and curated the Mysuru 2024 edition. He has taught the Indian Cinema course for Study Abroad Program, MAHE.
