CURRENT ACADEMIC ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Dr Kumar Sumit is an Assistant Professor -Senior scale in the Department of Health Policy, Prasanna School of Public Health. His prior experince include  lecturer at, J.N. Medical College, Belgaum. His research interests are focused on road traffic psychology, migration and tribal health and has more than  15 Publications and is currently pursuing PhD research on the behavioral aspect of the young and novice drivers

Dr Sumit has handeled various admisinstrative roles and also has been colabrating with international university in regards to conferences and summer class. He has been the recipient of the Erasmus ICM grant and has experience of teaching global health students at Tampere University, Finland.
