• Translational approaches to combat emerging and re-emerging viral infections • Antiviral development (New compounds, inhibitors, drug repurposing, natural products etc.) • Developing novel delivery systems for prospective antivirals (in vitro and in vivo models) • Randomized-controlled trials to viral infections (Vaccines, Adjuvants and Antiviral agents) • Molecular signaling towards the host-pathogen interface and its impact on virus life stages • Identifying novel molecular markers for viral infections (pre-clinical and clinical studies)

Molecular pathogenesis of viral infections, in vitro and in vivo models of dengue virus infection, antiviral development and clinical trials to viral infection
