🎓 DLHS Faculty Development Program on Gender Sensitivity

On 20th September 2024, DLHS organized a crucial Faculty Development Program on Gender Sensitivity facilitated by resource persons from the Gamana Collective.

The session fostered engaging conversations on identifying and responding to issues of sexual harassment on campus, touching upon power inequalities, consent, and legal dimensions.
Key outcomes included discussions on establishing a zero-tolerance policy to create a safer and more inclusive campus environment. A significant step towards fostering awareness and ensuring a respectful academic space for all.
