Certificate Course in Qualitative Research Methods

TCQM, Prasanna School of Public Health, MAHE, conducts an annual ‘Certificate Course in Qualitative Research Methods’ in association with Utrecht University, every year. The course structure for the program includes both classroom teachings and assignments. The certificate course sessions include various steps involved in qualitative research methods such as research design, participant recruitment, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, observations, data management, analysis and presentation. During the course period, individual assignments are undertaken by participants with the aim to develop strong skills in qualitative research methods. The Upcoming Online Certificate Course in 'Qualitative Research Methods' will be held from September 1, 2020 to November 30, 2020 (in light of the current global situation, due to COVID-19 pandemic, the teaching method has been shifted to a virtual interaction. When possible the lab sessions will be held in person. In addition to the online lectures we will also organize methods seminars provided by our extensive network of international speakers).
