MSAP B.Arch Student Mr. Mihir Sriram Has been Awarded in various field as:
- Winners of the National Level Essay Writing Competition on the topic ‘Are we designing smart cities or smart looking cities’ along with Ar. Shivani pinapotu from MSAP (batch of 2020). Are We Designing Smart Cities or Smart-Looking Cities? (idhalabs.com)
- He won the second prize in the 5th Annual research on cities on the paper entitled ‘Negotiating the Right to the city in the smart city - Case of informal vendors in Chennai’ presented along with Professor Purushottam Kesar. The conference was conducted by Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, and witnessed the keynote speech by Mr. Hitesh Vaidya and presentations by notable researchers from across the country.
- He has been selected for the Undergraduate thesis as top 10 in Zone 4 under Council of Architecture thesis awards 2020. He presented his thesis on reimagining social housing in Chennai. The jurors observed that the student had chosen a very crucial topic that needed to be addressed and did so in a very holistic manner.
