Runner Up at SOLAR DECATHLON INDIA 2023- Team Tattva MSAP

We are proud to announce that Team Tattva from Manipal School of Architecture and Planning as their Lead Institute, and Manipal Institute of Technology and AOA Rachna Sansad as partner Institute have emerged as Runners Up in the Community Resilience Shelter Division of Solar Decathlon India 2023.
A 9-month-long net-zero energy building challenge, where students work with developers and project partners to develop a market-ready, affordable, and net-zero energy-water design to combat climate change.
This edition of Solar Decathlon India saw participation from 1780 students and 126 academic institutions across 21 states.
Team Tattva @tattva_sdi led by Paranjay Bhawsinghka @Paranjay.b, a 3rd-year B.Arch student along with the following members Raksha Shetty, Dikshita Kylasa, Sonali Kamath, Tejas Vikram, Prisha Mahesh, Bhargav Santosh, Moksh Parmar, Aaron Lisboa, Nikita Patil, Ujjwal Sharma, Johann George, Simran Khaitan, Suhani Khandelwal developed a viable prototype, project Trana in the Sundarbans region with the help of their project partner SEEDs India, which could be scaled and replicated in similar hazardous conditions. Their project was well presented, researched, and analyzed as quoted by the Jury panel at the Finals at the Infosys Campus, Mysore.
