Overview

Overview 


The research committee of Manipal Institute of Management consists of faculty from the institution as well as experts from other institutions, who have doctorates and have made significant contributions in their respective area of research. 

The research committee scrutinises the application for Ph.D guides and candidates who wish to enrol for a Ph.D in the area of Business and Management at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Research committee formulates a DS committee (DSC), for each candidate who has enrolled for a Ph.D., and reviews the progress of candidates. 

At present, candidates are pursuing doctorates in:

  • Entrepreneurship 
  • Communication 

    Candidates who wish to pursue their Ph.D in the area of management are required to identify the research topic and select the guide(s) approved by the university.
