Dr. Reaba Rebecca Thomas, 2^nd year postgraduate student from the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal won the Best Paper Award for her paper presentation titled “Comparative evaluation of surface microhardness of enamel after the application of three remineralizing dentifrices - An In vitro study”, presented in 29^th IACDE & 22^nd IES National Conference which was held at the Birla Auditorium, Jaipur from 4^th to 7^th December 2014. She was guided by Dr. Shashirashmi Acharya, Professor, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal.

Dr. Archit Kedia, 2^nd year postgraduate student from the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal won the 2^nd prize for Paper presentation titled “Measuring accuracy of two electronic apex locators in determining the working length in teeth with simulated apical root resorption: an In-vitro study”, in the Endodontic Category presented at the 2^nd Interstate and 42^nd KSDC Conference, held at Mangalore from 26^th to 29^th  November 2014. He was guided by Dr. Tina P P, Associate Professor, and Dr. Vidya Saraswathi, Professor & Head, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal.

Dr. Vidya Narayanamoorthy, 2^nd year postgraduate student from the Department of Conservative dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal won the Best Paper Award for her paper presentation titled “Comparison of fracture resistance of different core build up materials in endodontically treated teeth- An Invitro study”, which was presented in Roots Summit- An International Endodontic Conference 11^th Chapter which was held in Mahabalipuram, Chennai from 7^th-9^th November 2014. She was guided by Dr. Vidya Saraswathi, Professor & Head, Dept. of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal.
