Over the years, the Manipal Institute of Management has been consistently improving its placement performance. The industry has been offering jobs with diverse profiles to our students. We groom our students to inculcate a flexible and adaptable nature so they are well prepared for the corporate world by the time they leave the portals of the university.

We are encouraged to see several industries returning, year after year, to our institute for recruitment. This reinforces our belief in the effectiveness of our curriculum and its suitability with respect to the dynamic corporate world.

Each year, the student placement members, under the supervision of the faculty prepare a placement brochure, the copies of which are then sent to various companies. A follow-up is done by phone calls/ email/ fax. When a formal approval is given by a company, either the company visits the college or the students go the company for the selection process.

MIM has an active placement cell with the head of the institution as the Chief Placement Coordinator. Placement cell assists the students in summer placements as well as final placements.
