Celebration of Matribhasa Diwas

The Department of Geopolitics and International Relations, MAHE celebrated Matribhasa Diwas on 21 February 2018 by organising an essay writing competition on the theme 'India as a Rising Power: Challenges and Prospects'. The students of the department actively participated in the essay writing competition. Each student who participated in the competition wrote the essay in his/her own matribhasa. The languages represented were Hindi, Malayalam, Nagamese, Kannada,Urdu, Marathi and Bengali . It was a fruitful and invigorating exercise that helped instil a sense of pride in each student towards his/her matribhasa.
