    Dr Girish Thunga P conducts classes for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

    He:

    • Approved Ph.D guide in Manipal Academy of Higher Education
    • Assists students in the research activities and also conducts seminars.
    • Coordinates training programs for foreign students.
    • Monitors daily activities of postgraduate students.
    • Provides assistance for physician in the management of poisoning cases.
    • Is actively involved in placement activities of the department and assisting the students with industrial training programs.
    • An active member in the publicity council
    • Coordinator- Centre for Toxicovigilance and Drug Safety
    • Deputy coordinator- ADR Monitoring Centre, Pharmacovigilance Program of India
