Aims & Objectives

The objects for which the Indian Society of Nanosciences is established are:

• To organize into a society of all persons engaged in, interested in or connected with nanosciences and nanotechnology.
• To encourage and propagate research and development in the area of nanosciences and nanotechnology for the uplift of the healthcare system. 
• To organize workshops, seminars and conferences to create awareness and to encourage research in this field.
• To prepare projects for submission to various funding agencies.
• To honor eminent personalities in the area with fellowships and travel grants.
• To publish bulletins, journals, newsletter and books.
• To promote higher educational activities and continuing education programs (CEP)

All the researchers, academicians, industry personals and government officials are eligible to become members of the association. Payment shall be made by DD or check in favor of Indian Society of Nanosciences, Manipal.
