B.Sc. Clinical Psychology

B.Sc. Clinical Psychology is a full-time three-year program initiated by the Department of Clinical Psychology, MCHP. This course introduces the students to the science of Psychology and provides an opportunity to explore the richness of human behavior and its complexities. The program is specially designed keeping a balance between theoretical and practical training to develop both professional and scientific competence for the trained graduate.  The course intends to nurture critical thinking skills and research competence that will help the student to advance in academic and career pursuits.

The course has integrated interdisciplinary components with papers on Physical education application, food and nutrition, contemporary issues in Indian Society, Behavior economics, Building Professional competencies, Scientific writing (Coursera), and Biostatistics and research. Such an integrated interdisciplinary foundation will equip the students to competitively adapt to various demands in the future and they certainly will be seen as an asset in joint ventures for promoting the well-being of people.   Innovative and tailor-made pedagogies of this program will enable the student to get an in-depth understanding of the topics and relate them to day to day life.
