We are proud to announce the successful patent application publication, by the Patent Office India, of an innovative medical device for wound dressing, co-invented by Dr. Yogeesh Kamat, Coordinator of the Innovation Hub at KMC Mangalore and Consultant Orthopedics at KMC Hospital, Mangalore, along with Mr. Shubham Bhusari, a 2021 MBBS student at KMC Mangalore and Dr. Anand Pai from Manipal Institute of Technology.
This hands-free, highly absorbent, and transparent dressing device represents a significant advancement in medical technology.
