Dr. Jagadish Rao PP, Professor & Head, Department of Forensic Medicine, KMC Mangalore, spoke on "Medicolegal Duties of a Doctor in Poisoning Cases." Dr. B. Suresh Kumar Shetty, Professor & Associate Dean, KMC Mangalore, presented "Diagnosis of Poisoning in the Deceased." Dr. Nikhil Paul, Assistant Professor, Department of Emergency Medicine, KMC Mangalore, delivered a session on "Initial Management of Poisoning in the Emergency Room." Dr. V. V. Pillay, Professor & Head, Department of Forensic Medicine, Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, and Chief of the Poison Control Centre, discussed "Substance Abuse." Dr. Shankar M Bakkannavar, Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, KMC Manipal, presented an "Overview of Analytical Toxicology."

The event's highlight was QuizTox 2025, the first-ever national-level toxicology quiz for undergraduate medical students. This competitive event featured two rounds—a preliminary round and a final round.
