The patent application for "Device for Monitoring Gynaecological Disorders" was officially published. This device, designed to improve gynaecological diagnostics, includes a flexible tubular probe, a collecting brush head, and an enzyme-coated detection system for effective sample collection and analysis.

Developed under the guidance of Dr. Haroon H (Assistant Professor of Medicine, KMC Mangalore), Dr. Sameena H (Assistant Professor of OBG, KMC Mangalore), and Dr. Chiranjit Ghosh (MIT, Manipal), this innovation features contributions from student inventors Krisha Janaswamy, Shashank Sanjay, Adithya Harikrishnan Namboothiri (MBBS Batch of 2023) and Shubham Bhusari (MBBS Batch of 2021).
