• In case of any grievance, student  should  follow the grievance redressal process at the respective Department / Institute for academic matters and functional department at the university for non-academic matters.
• The Ombudsperson shall consider an appeal from an aggrieved student, only after the student has availed and exhausted all remedies available for grievance redressal, at the Department / Institute / University (as the case maybe).
