The International Conference on Applied Soft Computing and Communication Networks (ACN), is an event that brings together several symposiums, workshops, special sessions, plenary/keynote talks and tutorials in the field of computing and communication areas. The conference provides a platform for bringing together researchers, practitioners, and academia to present and discuss ideas, challenges and potential solutions on established or emerging topics related to research and practice in applied soft computing and network communications. The technical program for each affiliated event is independently administered, with each responsible for its own meeting's structure, content, and proceedings. However, the attendees are free to attend technical sessions of other co-affiliated events.
The conference will be held at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka, India. Manipal, an International University Town, is well connected by road, rail and air. There are two main cities close to Manipal which serve as entry points - Udupi and Mangalore. Udupi is about 5 km from Manipal (10 min drive), whereas Mangalore is about 65 km away (1 and a half hour drive).

More than 35 plus teams from across the globe participated in the event, which concluded recently.
MIT students to trek on mountain ranges across the country A team of four Manipal Institute of Technology students, with a heart for trekking, are in the process of climbing several peaks of the mountain ranges in India. They began their first phase of expedition to the summits in South India on May 11 and have completed a number of them in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu including Mullayangiri and Doddabetta.
Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal to set-up a Toyota Centre of Excellence at Manipal Institute of Technology for the benefit of its engineering students. The MoU was exchanged on May 21, 2019 in the board room of the University.
