LLM in Data Privacy and Cyber Law is a specialized master's degree programme that focuses on the legal aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the laws, regulations, and best practices surrounding the protection and regulation of personal data, along with competency in dealing with cyber-attacks and information security.
The programme details international data protection law, enabling exposure to European GDPR, California’s CCPA, Singapore’s PDPA etc. The programme covers topics such as data protection laws, cybercrime, internet law, and data governance. LLM in Information Technology Law
LLM in Information Technology Law is a specialized master's degree programme that focuses on the legal issues related to technology and innovation. Eligibility Criteria & Admission Process
Eligibility Criteria:
LLB or equivalent degree in law examination with a minimum of 50% marks. Students will be selected based on personal interview conducted by a panel comprised of faculty/experts.
Candidates pursuing final year undergraduate course in the academic year 2022-2023 will also be eligible for submitting applications for Postgraduate Programmes.
Admission Process:
Admissions to the LLM Programme will be granted through submission of an application, followed by a personal interview.
