Department of Pharmaceutics is organizing a guest lecture by Dr G Subramanian, Senior Scientist, DMPK Division, Novartis Healthcare Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad on the topic “Continuous Automated Manufacturing Processes (CAMP): Industry Relevance”. Dr G Subramanian obtained his PhD from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal. He has published about 50 research articles in reputed journals, presented several presentations at national and international conferences and won the best research paper in an international symposium in bio-chromatographies and nanotechnologies and Indian Pharmaceutical Congress. Previously, Dr Subramanian has worked with Orchid Pharmaceuticals, Chennai and Advinus Therapeutics, Bengaluru. Currently, he is working as a Senior Scientist in the Global Pharmacokinetics/Pharmacodynamics division of the Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics department at Novartis. His focus areas of research are “Special Population” studies which include renal impairment, hepatic impairment, paediatrics and geriatrics.
