Prasanna School of Public Health (PSPH), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal hosted the Lecture V Prof Rajani Prasanna Endowment Lecture Series II on Climate Change and Public Health. This session focused on the vital theme of “Climate-Related Exposures, Adaptation, and Health Risks in Vulnerable Populations” from 18:00 to 19:30 hours IST on August 28, 2025, virtually through Microsoft Teams.

Dr Rima Habre, Associate Professor of Environmental Health and Spatial Sciences at the University of Southern California.
Dr Sunil Bhaskaran, Professor of Geospatial Technology and Applications at the City University of New York.
Their expertise and insights shed light on the pressing challenges posed by climate change and its profound impact on public health, especially among vulnerable communities.
