January 7, 2025: The thought-provoking session at FDP 1.0 was conducted by Dr. Ram Narayan, Pro-Chancellor of Sikkim-Manipal University, a distinguished educator and mentor, focused on effective teaching methodologies, leveraging leadership in academia, and fostering resilience among educators.

Dr. Ramnarayan engaged the participants with interactive discussions, real-world examples, and actionable strategies to enhance their teaching practices. His insights into building a resilient mindset and maintaining well-being amidst professional challenges resonated deeply with the attendees. Sir mentioned that in today’s environment, we as faculties must practice Heutagogy which means putting students at the centre of the learning process. All our strategies must be aligned with them.
