Gestational Diabetes Mellitus(GDM) is defined as glucose intolerance of varying severity with onset or first recognition during pregnancy. Aim: To evaluate the sensitivity of glycosylated hemoglobin A1c and random blood glucose for screening gestational diabetes mellitus in first trimester.
