- Teaches and trains undergraduate and postgraduate students which includes curriculum based discussions, theory and practical classes
- Is co-ordinator for III semester MBBS students
- Guides students for poster and oral paper presentations and research publications
- Is involved in routine diagnostic work pertaining to histopathology and cytology including Immunohistochemistry and Immuno-florescence reporting.
- Involved in reporting Cross matching and HLA typing for renal transplantation
